Once your order ships, you’ll be sent a tracking number. It may take up to 24 hours for your tracking number to become active online, so don’t panic if it doesn’t work right away!

All of our orders are shipped via Canada Post. You can continue to track your shipment via Canada Post, or get more detailed tracking info from your local carrier.

You’ll receive a shipment notification email with tracking info once your order is on its way to you.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please note that delays can occasionally occur due to high order volumes, weather conditions, or carrier-related issues.

*Remote and rural areas outside of main postal hubs in Canada may require more time and a visit to your local post office for safe pick up. You will be notified by our carrier with instructions, and your compliance is required.

We are NOT responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the sender, so please check your shipping address twice before you complete your order. The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping details at the time of checkout, and once an order has shipped, no changes can be made to the address.

Returns upon our inspection for exchange only within 30 days of purchase will be accepted for:

• Defective products
• Incorrect size

All returns will be inspected and must be received in new condition with intact packaging to qualify for exchange and returns are shipped back to you at your cost in the case of wrong size.

Due to regulations regarding health and hygiene, underwear is not allowed to be returned, and all sales are final. No refunds can be issued.

For added peace of mind, we recommend using the Boost Pad also at night. You’ll stay dry and comfortable until morning with our leak-proof underwear for bladder leaks.

Yes! If your underwear is still dry and comfortable, you can simply remove the used Boost Pad and insert a fresh one into the waterproof pouch. This allows you to stay protected and fresh without having to change your entire underwear during the day.

The Boost Pad is designed specifically to work with our Sleaks incontinence underwear and performs best when inserted into the waterproof pouch. While you may be able to use it with other garments, we can’t guarantee the same level of comfort or leak protection.
