Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

We offer standard shipping within Canada.

• Delivery Times: 7-10 business days including rural areas across Canada*.
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
• Free shipping on orders over $70 anywhere in Canada.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please note that delays can occasionally occur due to high order volumes, weather conditions, or carrier-related issues.

*Remote and rural areas outside of main postal hubs in Canada may require more time and a visit to your local post office for safe pick up. You will be notified by our carrier with instructions, and your compliance is required.

Return Policy

Returns upon our inspection for exchange only within 30 days of purchase will be accepted for:

• Defective products
• Incorrect size

All returns will be inspected and must be received in new condition with intact packaging to qualify for exchange and returns are shipped back to you at your cost in the case of wrong size.  Due to regulations regarding health and hygiene, underwear is not allowed to be returned, and all sales are final. No refunds can be issued.
