After seeing this product on Dragon's Den, I ordered the Essentials Pack for my sister who is being treated for a cancer tumor that is wrapped around her urethra, causing some leakage. She is just about completed her first week of chemo and radiation so it is early days. She does appreciate the smooth material that does not irritate delicate tissue and the capability to absorb large quantities of fluid. She is confident when attending daily treatments at our Cancer Institute, Her radiology team was impressed by her Sleaks and asked if there was a male version they could recommend to clients. They are great! I am no longer afraid to go for longer walks.
I can enjoy my walks without thinking about leaks. The only thing is that XL is a little too big for me, does not fit quite right but ok for smaller leaks. I bet Large would be perfect but underwear cannot be returned so I will have to deal with it. Overall, great product!
