Use guide
  • Wash and dry according to washing guide inside underwear prior to first use
  • For light leaking, wear underwear on their own making sure urethra is aligned over pouch opening.
  • For maximum absorbency and at nighttime, insert pad into the pouch opening on Sleaks underwear making sure that the wider end is towards the back of the underwear, and the side with the drop shape stitching is facing up.
  • Wear and enjoy comfort and convenience.
  • Remove soiled pad and replace with a new pad as needed.
  • We recommend wrapping pad in tissue and squeezing out all excess liquid before storing in the ziptop bag if you are out and about. This will reduce odour and weight. If possible, change both underwear and pad for best absorbency and comfort.
  • Replace with new pad if not convenient to change both underwear and pad.
  • Wash according to instructions inside underwear. 
  • Separate underwear and pad before washing.
  • Ensure both underwear and pad are completely dry before storing for next use.

Yes! Sleaks High Cut Briefs are designed to handle light to moderate bladder leaks during the night—up to 140ml with the Boost Pad inserted. For added peace of mind, we recommend using the Boost Pad also at night. You’ll stay dry and comfortable until morning with our leak-proof underwear for bladder leaks.

Do Sleaks help control odors?

Yes. The multi-layer absorbent system locks in liquid quickly, helping to neutralize odors and keep you feeling fresh. For optimal performance, we recommend following the care instructions and occasionally soaking the washable incontinence underwear in a vinegar or baking soda solution before washing.

Are Sleaks safe for sensitive skin or allergies?
